Installation
Basic training: Installation with user training
We recommend the service for device use with simple regulation specifications. It is a documented installation with intensive training. This service is suitable for routine laboratories in industrial and food companies, but also for universities and institutes or chemical companies with simple GMP/GLP or ISO9000 specifications.
Advanced training: Installation including IQ/OQ/PQ qualification
With this package, the standard installation services are supplemented by documented qualification and extensive on-site inspections. This extended solution is suitable for use in regulated areas such as pharmaceuticals and medicine, cosmetics, biotechnology and food and beverage production laboratories.
Premium training: Installation in the pharmaceutical industry
This additional module for highly regulated areas supplements the standard installation and the IQ/OQ/PQ installation with extended services. It includes the increased qualification services and documentary certifications required here for compliance with GAMP5, GMP, USP1058 and 21 CFR Part 11 for audit-proof operation.
Calibration and adjustment
Calibration is an important part of quality assurance with regard to compliance with standards and regulations. Calibration is the indispensable and documented proof that a measuring device works reliably within the intended value range while complying with specified tolerances under the current operating conditions.
Experienced service specialists can carry out regular calibrations for you at our factory : This takes place in specially temperature-controlled rooms, with calibrated comparison devices and certified Calibration standards. Documentation is provided with special Calibration certificates.

- Obtain GMP-/GLP-compliant calibration protocols and certificates

Repair and maintenance
Repairs
Even the most reliable device can be defective at some point. Repair work is carried out quickly and professionally by our experienced service team. We offer our repair services as an on-site service or at our service center in Hamburg.
Low-cost maintenance check
You choose: Our experienced service technicians come to your company and work according to established guidelines and traceable standards in on-site service. Or you can send your device to our service center, where it will be professionally checked by our service team.
Option with maintenance contract
To increase your convenience, you have the option of taking out a maintenance contract. This makes maintenance costs a predictable factor. Regular cleaning and maintenance extends the service life of your device. Regular follow-up training for users and SOP advice ensures trouble-free operation and minimizes expensive downtime.
Our warranty extensions
We offer you two options for extending your standard warranty to 3 years: the purchase of extended device protection or a warranty extension as part of a maintenance contract.
3-year guarantee
Would you like to protect yourself from unexpected repair costs? Then an extended warranty is just the thing for you. Benefit from our extended device protection, which extends our warranty to 3 years. During this period, we will repair all material and manufacturer defects for you free of charge or at reduced rates (with the exception of glass and wearing parts – our warranty conditions apply.
3-year warranty – with a maintenance contract
Benefit in several ways by taking out a maintenance contract.
On the one hand, preventive device maintenance ensures that the measuring instrument functions perfectly and, on the other hand, you have the guarantee that all specified performance characteristics of your measurement instruments are always achieved.
If you give us the opportunity to inspect your measurement instruments regularly, you will also benefit from an extended warranty, which we can extend to 3 years. The maintenance contract only needs to be concluded within the first year of delivery.
5-year standard warranty for all microscopes
We are convinced of the quality of our microscopes, which is why we offer a 5-year guarantee on all microscope models from the date of purchase.
