At our headquarters in Hamburg, we offer customized training for every product series.
Immediately after the training, you will be fully certified to do service for refractometers, density meters, polarimeters and gas analysers.
For flame photometers, you will receive after the course a basic certification;You receive full certification, after you have carried out an initial device installation for a customer in your country together with one of our service technicians.
Our training courses
We will train you in small working groups. A wide range of application options are presented in our workshops. Of course, you will receive detailed information on the full range of services, from first commissioning and installation to maintenance, fault management and IQ/OQ/PQ.
In the forum with our expert trainers, you will discuss typical service tasks and challenges for working in the laboratory environment. You will receive many suggestions on how you can facilitate and optimize your customers’ day-to-day work.
After the training, you will be able to offer an optimal service and generate your own service turnover.
